Answer : A supply chain manager is responsible for monitoring and controlling a company’s supply chain and logistics techniques and operations.. The main aim of managing all these is to ensure the company operates  efficiently and maximizes profits.  As a Supply Chain Manager i do have a critical role in creating and maintaining excellent rapport with distributors and vendors. 

In simple words: I would say to see (really see and understand) processes and to adapt, modify and design them for a better and effective supply chain in order to save cost, or production time, or delivery time or effectivness.

Answer : As a Supply Chain Manager i do have excellent math skills , analytic skills , and ability to understand customer needs .  I also do have management skillsl and know how to use technology to accelerate supply . Flexibility and Agility – The customer needs , keep on changing fast and accordingly the person managing the supply chain need to extremely agile and flexible to respond to the needs and quickly implement the decisions and initiatives to suit the ever changing customer requirements.

Answer : The major challenge was planning and risk management tasks such as launching a new product, analyzing and forecasting consumer demand , analyzing and making decision on fuel buy price . These troubled me, so I done a lot of research and adapted periodic and redesigned assessments. The assessments helped me since I was able to identify risks and control them .
